Free for jam projects. $19/seat for production depots.
Free tier handles up to 3 users and 50 GB — enough for a weekend jam or solo prototype. Studio tier removes the storage cap, unlocks concurrent locks, and adds build farm webhook hooks for teams in active production.

Pricing FAQ.
A seat is any user with write access to at least one workspace. Read-only CI service accounts don't count. We bill on the number of seats at the start of your billing cycle. You can add or remove seats at any time — changes are prorated.
The 50 GB limit covers unique object storage — deduplicated blocks, not raw checkout size. A 200 GB depot with a lot of shared mesh data might store 40 GB unique blocks. The Free tier is intentionally large enough for game jams and solo projects, too small for a full studio production cycle (which drives the Studio upgrade).
Yes. Diversion runs in read-shadow mode during migration: your P4 server stays live, Diversion mirrors incoming changelists, and you flip the team over workspace-by-workspace. Most studios complete the migration during a sprint boundary with zero interruption to in-progress work.
Annual billing gives you two months free (effectively ~17% off). Early access participants who convert before general availability get an additional 3-month lock-in at early-access pricing. Email us at [email protected] to discuss volume pricing for larger studios.
The 11th lock request is queued rather than rejected. You'll see a warning in the CLI output. The Free limit is designed for 1–3 person teams working in short parallel windows. If you consistently need more than 10 concurrent locks, that's a strong signal your team has grown past Free-tier size.
